Not every flight from Jakarta to Frankfurt takes the same path right now.
1 of 3 routes rated Flowing. Via Singapore is the strongest current option.
Via Singapore — lower exposure than Gulf-connected options, with minimal detour impact and strong hub reliability.
Top-rated option for CGK→FRA. Singapore is the natural geographic waypoint — short first leg, world-class hub, and SIN→FRA avoids Gulf airspace.
Route passes near an advisory zone (not through it)
SIN→FRA routes via Central Asian corridor post-2022. Check Eurocontrol ATFM day-of for any corridor restrictions on the long second leg.
Gulf-free alternative via Cathay's hub. HKG is a small northward detour from CGK, but HKG→FRA via Central Asia is competitive and avoids the advisory zone.
Emirates' rebooking depth is the advantage. CGK→DXB first leg is clean; the DXB→FRA second leg crosses the active advisory zone.

FlightDetour evaluates route options using advisory airspace exposure, corridor sensitivity, detour impact, and hub routing logic — based on publicly available EASA and national authority advisories.
Coverage focuses on major long-haul corridors. Some routing patterns — including certain China-side connections via mainland Chinese hubs — are not yet included. If you expect an option here and don't see it, that's a coverage gap, not an assessment.
Scores compare corridor quality; they do not predict airline operations or safety outcomes. Verify with your airline and government travel advisories before booking.
